  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mash banana in a large bowl with vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add in oats, protein powder, carrots, raisins, golden raisins, and walnuts.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Scoop up “dough” with a 1/4 measuring cup and shape into desired cookie shape.
  6. Place onto a lightly sprayed cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 11-13 minutes.
  8. Mix glaze together.
  9. Cool and drizzle with glaze.
