24 oz. Powell and Mahoney Sparkling Tonic, divided
2 oranges
4 lemons
4 limes
1 pomegranate
Instructions
Turn the oven on high broil.
Slice the citrus and lay it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the oven for 5-10 minutes, or until all of the citruses are charred.
Deseed the pomegranate, making sure to reserve some of the juice. When the citrus is charred add one slice of each type into a cocktail shaker with about 1 Tablespoon of pomegranate seeds and 2 ounces of gin. Muddle well. Add a few ice cubes to the shaker and shake.
Pour over ice in a glass and top with 6 ounces of tonic and stir. Top with a few slices of citrus and a few pomegranate seeds and serve!
