Ingredients: 1 + 3/4 cup cashew meal – aka cashews ground in your blender or food processor until they look like coarse flour; 1 cup. coconut sugar; 1/2 cup coconut flour; 1 tsp. baking powder; 1 tsp. sea salt; 3 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted; 3/4 c. cashew butter – you can totally just buy cashews and make the meal and butter yourself, too (that’s what I did!); 2 eggs; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1/2 c. chocolate chips – certainly use dairy-free if you’d like!
