Totally Addicting Granola Recipe

This is our family’s favorite granola recipe and let me tell you…it is addicting! Naturally gluten free, clustery, chewy and just perfect!

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, coconut, almonds, coconut oil, butter, honey, vanilla and cinnamon. 
  3. Pour the oat mixture out onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment. 
  4. Bake for about 25 minutes until everything is well toasted. 
  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and add the apricots, cherries, cranberries and raisins to the sheet and mix them in. 
  6. Press the granola onto the pan firmly and place back in the oven for 10 minutes. 
  7. Remove the granola from the oven and let cool completely. 
  8. Break the granola into clusters and store in an airtight container or jars. 
  9. Use over yogurt, in milk like cereal, in baked goods, or however you’d like!
