Berry Delight Sangria Wine Jello Shots
- 3 Tbsp. (3 packets) unflavored gelatin
- 2 cups Benigna’s Creek Winery Berry Delight Sangria
- 1 cup mixed berry juice (or berry based juice of choice)
- 1/2 apple, diced
- About 3/4 cup mixed berries
- 12–16 – 2 oz cups with lids
Delight Sangria Wine Jello Shots
- 3 Tbsp. (3 packets) unflavored gelatin
- 2 cups Benigna’s Creek Winery Delight Rose Sangria
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup cherry juice
- 1/2 apple, diced
- About 3/4 cup mandarin oranges, drained
- 12–16 – 2 oz cups with lids
Instructions
- Pour a small amount of wine over the gelatin in a medium sized bowl and allow it to bloom. Mix together to incorporate, it will look a bit lumpy.
- Next, heat the juice in a small saucepan until steaming. Remove from the heat, add the wine and whisk it into the wine/gelatin mixture to combine until the gelatin completely dissolves.
- Lay out all of your cups on a baking sheet (or two). Add fruit to the bottom of the cups.
- Pour the wine jello mixture over the fruit. Top with lids.
- Slide the trays into the fridge to set for at least 2-3 hours until set.
