Instructions

  1. Pour a small amount of wine over the gelatin in a medium sized bowl and allow it to bloom. Mix together to incorporate, it will look a bit lumpy. 
  2. Next, heat the juice in a small saucepan until steaming. Remove from the heat, add the wine and whisk it into the wine/gelatin mixture to combine until the gelatin completely dissolves. 
  3. Lay out all of your cups on a baking sheet (or two). Add fruit to the bottom of the cups. 
  4. Pour the wine jello mixture over the fruit. Top with lids. 
  5. Slide the trays into the fridge to set for at least 2-3 hours until set.
