  1. Add all of the cut fruit and the cherries to a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the cider, oil, maple syrup, vinegar, cinnamon, and salt together vigorously.
  3. Pour over the fruit and toss.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with the pecans and serve!
