Description
This Winter Fruit Salad combines fruit slices, chopped almonds, and cinnamon infused vinaigrette for an easy, no bake or cook side dish for the cold months and Holidays.

Ingredients
- 3 apples, diced (I used Macintosh, but you can use what you like)
- 2 oranges, peeled and diced
- 1+1/2 cups halved green grapes
- 1 cup dried cherries
- 1/4 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Add all of the cut fruit and the cherries to a large bowl.
- Whisk together the cider, oil, maple syrup, vinegar, cinnamon, and salt together vigorously.
- Pour over the fruit and toss.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and top with the pecans and serve!

- this keeps well covered tightly in the fridge for about 24 hours so you can make it ahead of time
