  1. Heat a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the oil. Then add the spinach and just as it begins to soften (1-2 minutes), pour in the ACV and mix. Remove from the heat and serve. Sprinkle with salt if desired.
  2. This method encourages the spinach to be tender, but not soggy and shriveled.
