Favorite Kefir Smoothie | With Berries & Greens

Description

This is my favorite kefir smoothie to make to use up milk kefir. It’s packed with healthy berries, greens, nut butter, and collagen protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cup frozen, mixed berries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 Tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 scoop collagen or protein powder of choice 
  • 11 and 1/2 cups plain milk kefir (depending on how thick you like your smoothies)

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Start by just adding one cup of milk kefir and add more if you want a thinner smoothie. 
  2. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into a glass and serve!
