Favorite Kefir Smoothie | With Berries & Greens

This is my favorite kefir smoothie to make to use up milk kefir. It’s packed with healthy berries, greens, nut butter, and collagen protein.

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Start by just adding one cup of milk kefir and add more if you want a thinner smoothie. 
  2. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into a glass and serve!
