  1. Spiralize all veggies.
  2. Set them in a large bowl with salt to remove moisture.
  3. Drain & dry the bowl.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large pan.
  5. Mince garlic & add to hot pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Add red pepper and lemon juice to cook for 1-2 additional minutes.
  7. Remove the pan from heat, and toss in the zoodles.
  8. Serve!
