1/4 c. Powell and Mahoney Pomegranate Syrup of pomegranate syrup of your choice
2 shots or around 3oz. elderflower liquor
1 lemon, juiced
About 1/2 – 1 c. champagne – I like extra dry

Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Measure pomegranate syrup, elderflower liquor, and lemon juice into the shaker and vigorously shake until combined. Pour the pomegranate & elderflower mixture evenly between 2 glasses. Top each with champagne until full!
