Spinach & Artichoke Dip with Turmeric – For Two!

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. If you’re using a cast iron, start by heating the pan & sauteeing the garlic.
  3. Add the frozen spinach in, and when it defrosts, measure in the artichoke.
  4. Cook this for about 2 mins, or until everything is warm.
  5. Pull the pan from the heat, and in a separate bowl, add the greek yogurt, spices, cheese and the cooked veggie mixture.
  6. Give this a good stir before spooning it back into the cast iron or dish.
  7. Top with a sprinkle of extra cheese.
  8. Put the pan into your hot oven and let it bake for 5-7 minutes, turn the oven on broil and let it go for 1 additional minute to brown the cheese a smidge.
  9. Go ahead – get dippy with it
