  • Author: Miss AK
  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4-6 servings 1x

These sticky ground pork bowls combine a sticky & sweet sauce, juicy ground pork, broccoli, and your choice of rice in a healthy bowl meal.

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced or grated
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 Tbsp. hoisin sauce (or more to taste)
  • 12 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • Rice or cauliflower rice, green onion, and sesame seeds for serving (all optional)

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan or skillet over medium heat and add the onion. Saute for 3-4 minutes until it starts to cook. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute and add the pork.

  2. Cook until the pork is totally browned, about 8-10 minutes. Then add the broccoli, hoisin, and soy sauce to the pan and toss to combine.

  3. Turn the burner to low, cover the pan and let the broccoli steam for 5-10 minutes until it reaches desired doneness.

  4. Spoon the pork and broccoli mixture over rice if desired and top with green onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
