  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan or skillet over medium heat and add the onion. Saute for 3-4 minutes until it starts to cook. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute and add the pork.

  2. Cook until the pork is totally browned, about 8-10 minutes. Then add the broccoli, hoisin, and soy sauce to the pan and toss to combine.

  3. Turn the burner to low, cover the pan and let the broccoli steam for 5-10 minutes until it reaches desired doneness. 

  4. Spoon the pork and broccoli mixture over rice if desired and top with green onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
