Burrata Toast with Tomatoes, Peaches & Basil

This burrata toast combines the ultimate summer flavors of peaches and tomato with a drizzle of balsamic glaze, olive oil and fresh basil.

Instructions

  1. Toast each piece of bread. Once toasted, halve the garlic clove and rub each piece of toast with the garlic to infuse some flavor. 
  2. Spread equal amounts of the burrata on each piece of toast and lay equal amount of tomato slices and peaches on each. 
  3. Sprinkle on some basil, and drizzle each piece with balsamic, olive oil and sprinkle with a bit of sea salt if desired. 
  4. Serve immediately!
