Description
Try this easy Traeger salmon recipe with a sweet and spicy glaze that’s seriously addicting. The fish gets kissed with smoke and the sweet heat from the glaze.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. salmon fillets
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sriracha
- 2 tsp. agave or honey
- 2 tsp. chili sauce (or chili garlic sauce, it can be found in the Asian aisle in the grocery store)
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. fish sauce (you can add more if you like, but this is a powerful flavor)
Instructions
- Prheat the Traeger or wood pellet grill to 350F.
- Sprinkle the salmon with the salt and pepper.
- Once the grill is hot, place the salmon on the grill and set a timer for 15 minutes.
- Whisk together the sriracha, agave o honey, chili sauce, lime juice, and fish sauce.
- After 15 minutes, brush the salmon with the sriracha chili sauce and cook for 5-10 addional minutes. The salmon should be firm to the touch and crispy on the edges.
