  1. Freeze watermelon cubes overnight.
  2. Remove frozen watermelon from freezer and add to a blender.
  3. Add coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla and salt to blender.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour into a glass and top with desired toppings.
  6. Sip away!
