Chili Ginger Kombucha Cocktail

  1. To make the chili lime syrup, combine lime juice, water, 1/2 cup coconut sugar, 1/4 tsp. chili powder and 1/4 tsp. cayenne powder into a medium saucepan.
  2. Heat until sugar is dissolved and chill the syrup.
  3. Just before making the cocktail, mix 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar, 1/4 tsp. chili powder and 1/4 tsp. cayenne together on a plate.
  4. Wet the rim of the plate with the squeezed lime and swirl it on the plate to create the rim.
  5. Add a few ice cubes into the glass.
  6. Once the syrup is chilled, combine chili lime syrup, vodka, and ginger kombucha and pour into the prepped glass. Cheers!
