HOW TO: Make Almond Meal

  1. Add one cup of almonds at a time into your blender.
  2. Grind until all of the large chunks are gone and you only see fine granules.
  3. You may need to stop and start a few time to shake the mixture up. Make sure you don’t over process the almonds- they can quickly turn into almond butter.
  4. I like to make a few batches in bulk and store them in my pantry in a mason jar.
