  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs and add them to the bowl.
  4. Add the coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk and vanilla. Whisk together well.
  5. Fold in the oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, apple pie spice, baking powder, sea salt, and diced apples.
  6. Pour the oatmeal evenly between each of the ramekins and pop in the oven.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until the oatmeals are set and golden brown.
