 1– 1 lb. skin-on, bone-in chicken thighs, 2 tsp. paprika, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. onion powder, 1/2 tsp. ground sage, 2 tsp. sea salt, 1/2 tsp. black pepper, 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. of olive oil – 1 tsp. for each thigh
