This Pumpkin Chai Blender Latte is the easiest and frothiest fall inspired latte you will ever make. Just add everything in a blender with hot coffee and serve!

Hi, my name is Allie and I love coffee. Like I LOVE it. Confession – I’m one of those annoying people who actually drink black coffee. Ugh, I know. I’m the worst.

My earliest memories of drinking coffee were around age 6. Yep, you read that correctly. On holidays, my dad would brew a pot of coffee with dessert (we probably were having pumpkin or apple pie if it was around this time of year) and I would climb on his lap and sip his cup with him. My mom and my aunt would lose it. They’re both uder 5’4″ so everyone was terrified of stunting my growth.
Jokes on them, ha! I’m a solid 5’8″-5’9″.

ANYWHO – coffee, it turns out had no effect on my height. It never lets me down. Especially when the temps start dropping and the leaves start falling.

But here’s the thing – since I actually like the taste of coffee, I feel like I’m a pretty good judge when it comes to this latte business. I’m not into that fake tasting, syrup filled stuff. To me, a latte is kind of an art form. It’s well balanced, has flavor and you can still taste the coffee, even if it’s a touch sweet.

And pumpkin lattes? The trend is not lost on me. No sirebob. So I decided to add some chai spice in there. Extra, but easy. That’s my life motto now. Ya dig, dawgs? Good. Now go make this latte!

Pumpkin Chai Blender Latte
This Pumpkin Chai Blender Latte is the easiest and frothiest fall inspired latte you will ever make. Just add everything in a blender with hot coffee and serve!
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Total Time: 5 minutes
- Yield: 1 latte 1x
Ingredients
- 8 oz. hot, black coffee
- 1 Tbsp. butter*
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp. cardamom
- 1 pinch ground black pepper – optional
- 1 scoop unflavored collagen powder – optional*
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Liquify until frothy.
- Pour into a mug and serve.
Notes
- I always use grass fed, good quality butter like Kerrygold or Organic Valley. You can also use coconut oil, but the fat is needed for froth.
- Collagen peptides also contribute to the froth factor. If you don’t have them omit, but I always put them in my coffee. They’re flavorless!
