Frothy Irish Coffee made easily in the blender topped with Cinnamon Infused Whipped Cream.
So, coffee and whiskey. Let’s talk o’ ’bout it, friends. Good
Alright, that sounds a little dangerous. But, these Irish Coffees are to die for. I made them for the first time, on a whim, a few years ago – I was too lazy to grab sugar from the cabinet, I had maple syrup right in front of me and BAM. So good. Making them in the blender is so fast, and you get that froth factor big
You could easily sub the heavy cream for full-fat coconut milk and coconut whipped cream…or just go for the dairy stuff.
Whatever you’re feeling…just make them as fast as you can!
And savor every last sip.

Hi Allie! Traditionally, Irish Coffee is made with only a few simple ingredients: coffee, whiskey, brown sugar, and heavy cream. And you made it with perfection. Many different recipes have stemmed from this original recipe, and many of those recipes also tend to include Irish Cream. One of my favorites and who can say no to a boozy coffee drink. I love the separation of coffee and cream.

I know this will sound stupid, but I have never tried Irish coffee till date. As a working woman, I never get time to try something different. Though, I love coffee so I think this mandatory to try Irish coffee. I am definitely going to make this during COVID-19 lockdown. Stay safe and thanks for the recipe.
