A delicious vodka lemonade infused with fresh blackberry and honey and topped with bubbly hibiscus kombucha. The perfect summer drink.
This post has been sponsored by GT’s Kombucha. As always, all thoughts and opinions remain my own but I’m proud to partner with brands I love and personally consume. Thanks for supporting the growth of Miss AK.
This is the backyard BBQ drink of my dreams. This drink is cornhole on the lawn, steaks on the grill, fresh salsa and chips on the table, crisp salad and grilled veggies on platters and butter dripping off of corn on the cob. That’s what this drink makes me feel.
This drink flirts the line with sweet and girly but balances itself out enough to be a proper cocktail with the less sweet Hibiscus and Ginger Kombucha by GT’s Kombucha and a glug of vodka. I should know, the only thing I think I’ve ever sent back in a restaurant is a drink that’s too sweet. I simply can’t STAND that.
Funny story – GT’s Kombucha sent me this flavor to try in like April. I saved it until now because I KNEW I wanted a perfectly pink cocktail for my birthday month, which is June! AND in 3 days, Miss Allie’s Kitchen will be 2 years old, so I thought we’d celebrate properly.
In the notes of this recipe, I’ll give you guys the ratio for a 4 person pitcher of this stuff in case you want to make it for a party and don’t want to do the math. I SO get that. Just skip the part where you put everything in the cocktail shaker and mix super well in a pitcher and chill before serving. Add the kombucha when you set it out with glasses. Or if you want to make these single serve style, do it up!
